| GENERAL Terms & Conditions |

| DAILY SERVICE- Clients' service fee is based on one daily visit per day. A daily visit will be a minimum of 20 minutes dependant on the individual animal's needs. |
| SERVICE HOURS- are 6am to 5pm, any visits performed outside these hours will incur an extra |
| $5.00 fee per visit. |
|
|
|
|
|
| PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!- only Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Years Day will be double the standard quoted daily rate. |
| CANCELLATION FEES- are equal to one daily feed. This is only incurred after the first free initial consultation and reservation has been confirmed. |
| EXTRA TIME EXPENDED- by a sitter due to pet or home emergency will be charged at a rate |
| of $26.00 per hour. |
|

|
|
|
| OTHER PERSONS WITH ACCESS- Precious Pets will not be held responsible for other people having access and causing damage to client's home. |
| FREE KEY EXCHANGE- drop-off or pick-up are to be within service hours, an extra fee will be incurred outside these hours. |
| EARLY RETURNS- If client returns home early and doesn't contact sitter the daily rate will be charged in full. Once care has commenced any cancellation of days will be charged at half the standard daily rate. |
| PAYMENT OF FEES- All fees are to be paid in cash or transferred into my bank account on/by the due date (as per payment agreement). If fees are not paid by this date, late payment fees will apply. |
| LATE PAYMENTS- Payment for services are due within 5 working days of service completed. |
| Late payments incur a $5.00 per day fee. |
| Any booking of 10 days or more shall be paid half in advance. |
| EXTRA SERVICES- incur an extra fee dependant on what the service is, whether that be a garden that needs to be watered, or having milk and bread ready on client's return. |
| ADDITIONAL PURCHASES- Any additional foods or pet products needing to be purchased by Precious Pets HOMECARE is the responsibility of the pet owner. |
| NEW CLIENTS- At least 2 days notice is required for new clients only. |
| A one-off fee of $5.00 will be incurred if less than 2 days notice is given. |
